Job Description: We're looking for a pastorโ€leader who loves people, thinks strategically, and is passionate about Christโ€centered transformation, someone who has the heart of a shepherd and the mind of a builder at the same time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Associate Pastor / MC Director serves as a vital bridge between Adirondack Bible Chapel and our Residential Ministry Center: bringing unity, shared mission, and biblical health to all we do. This position carries pastoral responsibility across both the congregation and the discipleship home. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide pastoral care, counseling, and shepherding alongside the Senior Pastor Preach, teach, and lead Bible studies and small groups as needed Oversee discipleship pathways and leadership development Support outreach and community engagement efforts Ministry Center Direction Cast and carry spiritual vision for the Residential Discipleship Home Supervise MC staff and volunteers; offer ongoing pastoral support to residents Ensure all programs align with biblical principles and ABC's mission Lead counseling and discipleship strategy for resident transformation Oversee resident approval process Leadership Development & Team Culture Mentor ministry leaders, interns, and volunteers Lead regular staff and MC team meetings Cultivate a healthy, Christโ€centered culture across both ministries Administration & Representation Partner with Elders on strategic direction, budget, and longโ€term goals Represent the ministry to churches, donors, and the broader community WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a handsโ€on, relational role.
