Junior Motion Designer
The Junior Motion Designer supports the development and execution of motion content across artist campaigns, storefront experiences, and digital marketing initiatives. Embedded within a Creative Pod and reporting to a Senior Motion Designer or Motion Lead, this role contributes to the creation of engaging, platform-ready motion assets that enhance brand storytelling and commercial performance.
Working closely with Digital Designers, Creative Directors, and Content Production teams, the Junior Motion Designer translates established creative direction into dynamic visual executions. This role is focused on craft development, technical growth, and executional excellence within structured creative systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career motion designer who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to culturally relevant, music-driven digital experiences.
How You'll CREATE
• Execute motion assets across social, CRM, paid media, storefront, and campaign touchpoints.
• Animate typography, layouts, and graphic systems developed by Digital Design teams.
• Support the creation of motion toolkits and adaptable templates for scalable campaign rollout.
• Assist in adapting creative concepts into multiple platform-specific formats and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with Senior Motion Designers to refine pacing, transitions, and visual hierarchy.
• Integrate video, photography, and graphic assets into cohesive animated outputs.
• Prepare files for delivery across digital platforms, ensuring technical compliance.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflow standards.
• Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors and design leads with clarity and precision.
• Stay informed on evolving motion trends, tools, and cultural shifts in digital content.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects with working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
