Overview
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a detail-oriented Associate of Paid Social (OC) to support paid social campaign execution, pacing, QA, and reporting for the Online Casino business. This role will be responsible for assisting with campaign builds, creative trafficking, budget monitoring, performance analysis, and operational excellence across paid social channels.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytically curious, creatively aware, and eager to grow within performance social media buying. This individual will support the Senior Social Media Planner / Buyer for OC, collaborate with agency partners and platform teams, and help ensure paid social campaigns are accurate, timely, measurable, and compliant.
Responsibilities
  • Support paid social campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and optimization for Fanatics Casino initiatives.Assist with creative uploads, audience builds, placement selection, naming conventions, tracking parameters, and campaign launch checklists across paid social platforms.
  • Monitor daily and weekly pacing against budget, acquisition, revenue, efficiency, and payback targets, escalating risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Pull, organize, and interpret performance reporting from Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, Reddit, MMPs, analytics tools, and internal dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries, creative test trackers, campaign notes, and competitive insights for senior channel managers.
  • Coordinate with agency partners to ensure campaign builds, optimizations, reporting, asset handoffs, and deadlines are completed accurately.
  • QA creative assets, ad copy, offer messaging, destination URLs, promo codes, state eligibility, responsible gaming language, and compliance approvals before launch.Assist with testing roadmaps across creative concepts, hooks, audiences, placements, bidding, landing pages, app events, game themes, promotion messaging, and platform betas.
  • Maintain documentation for campaign launches, optimizations, learnings, spend reconciliation, and recurring reporting processes.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, Casino Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams to support timely and accurate campaign activation.
  • Track casino product launches, promotion calendars, platform trends, competitor messaging, and creative best practices to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Continuously develop platform expertise across major paid social buying tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in paid social, digital media, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role; internship experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads, X Ads, Reddit Ads, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and communicating clear takeaways.
  • Creative curiosity and interest in how paid social assets, copy, hooks, audiences, and placements influence performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Ability to follow QA processes, troubleshoot campaign issues, and maintain accurate documentation.Interest in online casino, sports betting, digital marketing, paid social, and customer acquisition preferred.
  • Bachelor qualification in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices in New York City and Denver as well as other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities.
