Job description

Position Summary:

This onsite Human Resources role supports plant employees and the Plant Management Team through employee relations, timekeeping, recruiting and onboarding, policy compliance, and performance and disciplinary support.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation for plant employees
  • Support performance management and employee disciplinary processes for attendance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies 
  • Maintain personnel records and HR systems data
  • Assist employees with benefits and leave administration
  • Perform other HR duties as necessary

 Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 yr degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Internship or relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office and overall technology skills
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred or similar ATS preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment
  • This position is on-site only. Remote work is not available for this position.

 Salary: 

  • $48k-$52k base, negotiable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonus tied to productivity and profits
