Job description

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in a rapidly growing, patient-focused organization. We are actively recruiting for a talented Project Manager to join our team of energetic, compassionate professionals. We are seeking an entrepreneurial team player that will help drive the continued success and expansion of the organization.

IntellaTriage's mission is to improve the lives of nurses and patients. Bottom line, we want to ensure our providers' patients are able to receive the care they need any time, any place; and their nurses are able to be at ease knowing their patients are in good hands. Our nurse triage and patient engagement services are in high demand, exceeding our growth goals every year for the past seven years, and we are looking for a team member to help us take our company to the next level.

Since 2019, IntellaTriage has transformed from quality small business to the leading provider of nurse triage in the hospice and home health markets. Our nursing team has grown from 45 to 350 - and we expect to surpass 450 within the next 12 months - making us the largest nurse-first triage service in the world. We have also begun service with several of the largest and most well-respected names in hospice and home care. We have aggressive growth plans over the next five years, and the Client Services department will play an integral role in achieving our vision.

What You'll Do

As part of the Client Services department, the Project Manager will lead the successful implementation of new and expanding client partnerships, while also driving projects to improve the efficiency and scalability. Additionally, the Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management for new client implementations and expansions, from kickoff through successful go-live.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between Client Services, Operations, Clinical, Technology, and other cross-functional teams throughout each implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk registers to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, driving timely resolution before they impact client experience or delivery timelines.
  • Lead additional Client Services projects focused on operational improvements, process optimization, technology implementations, and other strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
  • Standardize and continuously improve implementation methodologies, documentation, templates, and best practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and client partners through proactive communication and reliable execution.

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience/Education
  • 3+ years of project management, implementation, or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with clients or customer-facing implementations.
  • Strong process improvement mindset with experience documenting, improving, or standardizing workflows.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Benefits

Salary for this role is based on experience. All part-time and full-time employees accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Full-time employees may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances.
