Job Summary
Manages assigned projects; create and execute project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams for successful on-time completion of projects; work closely with internal and external clients and stakeholders; strong verbal and written communications, identify and mitigates risks, create, and publish project status reports.
What you will do

  • Responsible for assigned aspects of projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitor and controlling, and project closure including budgeting, resource management, customer satisfaction, lessons learned and release to operational status providing operational support documentation ensuing that the projects meets time, scope and budget expectations.
  • Create, own, and update project plan which includes, not limited to, schedule and plan components communicating and reporting appropriately throughout the project. All details of the project must be captured in minute detail to identify and manage risks throughout the project and work quickly to resolve any issues and changes.
  • Create and maintain extensive project documentation, project budgets, and publish regular project status reports across different levels providing updates to all identified parties, The reports must be accurate, informative, and complete highlighting and recognizing contributions and successes.
  • Proven track record of sophisticated communication skills, verbal and written, essential for team collaboration and customer relations - Easily translate `tech' speak to `business' speak ensuring mutual understanding across all project team members and stakeholders. Must provide exceptional customer service, while championing project management across cross-functional teams and the organization at large.
  • Perform project analyzes, measuring performance, success, meet or establish metrics, KPIs and targets using appropriate tools and techniques, including in regular progress reports to team and upper management.
  • Coordinate the project daily, providing effective leadership as necessary. Build, promote, and contribute to collaborative teams, projects and other teams including home PCM team.
  • Must use effective time management to manage work, projects and working with divergent groups or individuals.
  • Identify risks, risk mitigation planning and effectively resolve issues of the project all to keep the project on track.


Education Qualifications

  • Master's Degree Master's degree in management, analytics, or related field Preferred


Experience Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 2 year directly managing projects or 4 years of experience related to or in supporting or contributing capacity related to project management will be considered Required


Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Required or
  • CAPM - Certified Associate In Project Mgmt. Required


Equivalency
Starting At: $82,469.85

Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
