The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees merchandise placement, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to align project plans with corporate strategies. The position requires monitoring budgets, resolving construction issues, and maintaining effective communication across teams to drive project efficiency and quality. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, supports continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company standards while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

The Realty Project Coach team leads the execution of real estate projects by managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. They collaborate with facility management, vendors, and internal partners to oversee merchandise placement, equipment installation, and construction issue resolution. Emphasizing accountability, clear communication, and adaptability, the team delivers cost-effective, high-quality results. By fostering strong relationships and providing guidance, they support continuous improvement and operational excellence.   • Provide guidance and direction to associates and third-party supervisors on project processes and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve project obstacles, adjusting plans to maintain progress and quality.
  • Support continuous improvement by applying expertise and promoting accountability across teams.
