The Role
Aspire is a one-day program taking place on May 21, 2026. This selective event allows Freshmen to gain exposure to the accounting field and insight about Andersen. Accounting isn't just about numbers; it's about deciphering the language of business, making informed financial decisions, and ensuring the fiscal health of clients.
If you are an aspiring business leader, come learn about the role of accountants, the various career opportunities, and experience hands-on exercises that will set you apart from other students as you venture into leadership programs, internships, and, eventually, full-time roles.
Whether you are a numbers enthusiast or simply curious about this essential field, this program will help you learn more about yourself and a rewarding career in accounting! Aspire for greatness - your opportunity awaits.
The Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree with expected graduation date between May 2028 and May 2029;
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0;
  • A keen interest in learning more about public accounting and tax;
  • Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills;
  • Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Andersen will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status).
