The Brett Fisher Group, a boutique executive search consultancy is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our team and contribute to our progressive growth and strong reputation in greater Los Angeles and beyond. While the main responsibility will relate to sourcing and screening candidates of candidates for our clients, the internship is fairly dynamic and can include additional higher-level responsibilities related to our services over time.  


This is a great opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial company on the west side, located in a vibrant co-working space, and get insight into how top-performing teams are built at companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded firms, across all industries. The successful candidate may be able to convert to a full-time employee in a short period of time. 

Job Description

Source candidates for accounting, finance, sales, and marketing searches

Conduct initial phone screen and/or in-person interviews with candidates

Research relevant content for, schedule, and manage social media posts

Participate in, and prepare, occasional presentations to the wider community

Research for business development efforts

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college or grad program

2+ years of experience in an office or hospitality environment, customer service experience preferred

Relationship builder, more extroverted than introverted, influencing

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make connections others might not think of

Grit and persistence to keep moving forward with tough tasks

Meticulous attention to detail

Adaptability

Travelled some

Motivated by a small team environment

$12.00 per hour; minimum 16, up to 24 hours per week, can be flexible depending on the candidate's schedule.
