Position Purpose: Branch Banker Team Member demonstrates a commitment to delivering quality service. This position provides the best-in-class service to our customers by using the tools and resources provided to assist with their financial needs.

What you'll do:

  • Process financial transactions with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Inform staff of operational changes
  • Maintain adequate cash controls
  • Create and maintenance debit cards
  • Open and maintain deposit products and services
  • Initiate wire transfers
  • Understand Bank's products and services
  • Interact with customers to determine needs, cross-selling and referral opportunities
  • Resolve customer questions/problems
  • Comply with state and federal laws as well as Bank policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
