Interns often help with administrative tasks, data entry, and research, while also participating in team meetings or shadowing experienced bankers. You may also be involved in special projects such as process improvements or market research, depending on the department. This hands-on experience helps you develop practical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the banking sector’s day-to-day operations.
