Responsibilities

As an Internet Sales Representative, you will interact with customers through email, text, chat, and phone to guide them through their vehiclebuying process. Your goal is to create the best online shopping experience and build longterm customer relationships. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle. You will receive training on the products we offer and how to communicate their benefits effectively.

  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
  • Ensure timely followup and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Track customers using storespecific CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, and accessories.
  • Attend product and training courses.


Qualifications

  • Experience in internet sales, BDC, or automotive sales is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills and working knowledge of computers.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
