Jones Ford Casa Grande is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Internet Director to lead and grow our Internet Sales Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing automotive professional who understands digital lead management, CRM processes, reporting, desking deals, and developing a successful sales team.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, understands the modern automotive customer buying journey, and knows how to maximize every opportunity from lead generation through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Internet Sales Department operations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team
  • Monitor internet lead response times and ensure consistent follow-up processes
  • Manage lead flow from initial inquiry through appointment, sale, and delivery
  • Track appointments, sold units, closing percentages, and department KPIs
  • Pull, analyze, and present performance reports to management
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and improve processes
  • Desk vehicle deals and assist Sales Managers with deal structure and negotiations
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, and Marketing teams to maximize opportunities
  • Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, appointment show rates, and overall sales performance
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
Qualifications
  • Previous Automotive Internet Manager, BDC Manager, or Internet Director experience required
  • Strong understanding of automotive CRM systems and internet lead management
  • Experience managing digital sales processes and dealership performance metrics
  • Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and drive results
  • Experience desking deals and supporting sales management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
  • Experience with DriveCentric CRM is a plus, but not required
  • Leads by example and holds a team accountable
  • Thrives in a high-volume dealership environment
