Job Summary:
Holland & Sherry Interiors is a fast-growing player in the luxury To-the-Trade interiors textiles arena, seeking a detail-driven Product Manager for their custom embroidery department. The role focuses on overseeing the operational execution of the embroidery business, ensuring smooth processes from quote through production and collaborating with various teams for successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the strategic roadmap for the custom embroidery category, including pricing frameworks, service standards and long-term growth planning
• Oversee the annual sampling budget, sample stock levels and sampling initiatives, ensuring investment aligns with sales performance and demand
• Partner with creative, production, sales and logistics teams to execute approved sampling strategies and new collection launches
• Analyze sales performance across all embroidery categories to determine sampling priorities
• Maintain oversight of active and archived designs, ensuring clear documentation and controlled availability
• Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy across quoting, order processing, inventory tracking and sample organization
• Serve as a key liaison with the European embroidery workroom, ensuring quality, capacity planning and alignment on lead times
• Collaborate closely with the embroidery department team and sales teams to support client needs, feasibility guidance and category growth
• Maintain showroom inventories of embroidered pillows and accessories, enforce consignment rules and handling standards
• Support sales education and category positioning through targeted internal training
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, production coordination or operational management (textiles or custom products preferred)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and international partners
• Execution focused with a clear, professional communication style and a problem-solving mindset
• Comfort with numbers, measurements, costing and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
