Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking an International Program Resource to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role provides acquisition and technical support within the Program Management Office (PMO), serving as a key advisor to the Program Manager across the full program lifecycle.
In this position, you will support pre-acquisition planning, international program execution, and lifecycle decision-making for mission-critical GEOINT capabilities. You will work at the intersection of acquisition, engineering, and international engagement-helping ensure solutions are technically sound, properly integrated, and aligned with NGA and Intelligence Community priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Lifecycle Support
  • Provide acquisition support to the Program Manager throughout the full program lifecycle, from pre-acquisition planning through execution and transition.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of project plans, acquisition approval documents, and lifecycle decision materials.
  • Support the creation of Acquisition Procurement Packages and Letters of Offer (LOO).
  • Serve as an acquisition subject matter expert (SME) for assigned international programs.

Technical Review & Integration
  • Support trade studies and technical evaluations of alternatives, identifying integration risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
  • Participate in interface segment requirement reviews, design reviews, and meeting dry-runs to ensure requirements are clearly defined and technically feasible.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and provide recommendations to support engineering and acquisition decisions.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of requirements and functionality.

Program Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Provide input to the Program Manager on Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), budget actions, and other program taskers.
  • Participate in outreach and interface with contractors to ensure successful implementation and integration.
  • Support the International Solutions Office Engineering Review Board and Business Review Board processes.
  • Provide project status updates to the Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), documenting issues and changes in accordance with Total Asset Management processes.

Testing, Transition & Workforce Support
  • Participate in technical support tasks under Verification and Validation Groups (VVG), including test planning and execution.
  • Support contract transitions, including Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), to ensure vendors fully understand contract requirements and performance expectations.
  • Assist in the coordination of Technical Exchange Agreements (TEAs) for the workforce.
  • Support the development and review of Acquisition Forecast Plans (AFPs) and technical requirements documentation.
  • Prepare analytical documentation and recommendations to inform programmatic and lifecycle decision-making.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the acquisition of government systems.
  • Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)

Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of the geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) mission and its contribution to the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Knowledge of NGA processes and tools, including:
    • Systems Engineering
    • Acquisition and Configuration Management
    • NGA requirements and security processes
  • Familiarity with NGA requirements processes for Non-State Entities (NSEs) and NGA Crisis Action Teams (NCATs).
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Familiarity with NGA/NSG products.
  • Knowledge of agile software development processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration and documentation.
