We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who can combine strategic vision with operational excellence.
This is a high-impact position for someone who understands how to build a global brand through local insights, data, and culture.
As the Head of International Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies across multiple European markets (excluding the UK). You'll oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage substantial marketing budgets, and lead a cross-functional team that drives measurable growth and brand equity in one of the most dynamic digital health companies globally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Growth

  • Build scalable playbooks for new market launches, ensuring each country strategy reflects local culture and regulations.
  • Partner with country and functional leaders to drive user acquisition and brand awareness across EMEA markets.

Campaign Management & Media
  • Lead the full cycle of offline marketing campaigns (TV, OOH, Direct Mail, Partnerships) and collaborate closely with external agencies.
  • Optimize cross-channel marketing mix and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire an international team of marketers and project managers.
  • Foster a data-driven, collaborative culture focused on experimentation and accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Brand, and Performance teams to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence.

Localization & Partnerships
  • Ensure localization and cultural adaptation of creative assets, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with local partners, media outlets, and agencies to amplify brand presence.
  • Guarantee compliance with local regulations, data protection laws, and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For
  • 8-10+ years of experience in international marketing, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role (Head/Director level).
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and driving multi-market growth initiatives.
  • Expertise in multichannel marketing (TV, OOH, Partnerships, PR, Digital Performance).
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks (MMM, DDA, incrementality testing).
  • Experience working in international environments, ideally within digital, tech, health, or consumer services sectors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2); additional European languages are a plus.

What's in It for You
  • The opportunity to lead international marketing for a global organization transforming access to mental health care.
  • Full ownership of the EMEA marketing strategy and the ability to shape global brand direction.
  • Fully remote role within Europe (Ireland, DACH preferred), with occasional travel for collaboration and key initiatives.
  • Work alongside a diverse, international team of marketing, product, and data experts.
