Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $165,000.00 Annually

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded International Marketing Manager to help shape and advance the global-to-local marketing approach across key international markets. This role serves as a strategic connector between global brand priorities and regional execution, translating enterprise-level direction into locally relevant plans that strengthen market performance, brand consistency, and commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings strong international marketing experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders while balancing global brand standards with local market realities. The position supports key markets including the UK, EMEA, LATAM, Australia, and select APAC opportunities.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdvance International Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
  • Translate global brand and business priorities into strategic, market-relevant plans that guide execution and support growth across key regions, primarily UK & EMEA with support for LATAM, APAC/Australia as needed.
  • Shape local market activation strategies by adapting global campaigns and brand initiatives to reflect regional opportunities, commercial priorities, customer dynamics, and competitive realities.
  • Influence and align U.S.-based marketing, product development, digital, and creative teams to ensure global programs and product launches are positioned for effective regional execution.
  • Assess market potential using consumer, customer, competitive, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities, inform priorities, and strengthen international marketing strategy.
  • Synthesize market trends, customer feedback, and regional business needs into strategic insights that inform global portfolio, innovation, and activation priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with regional partners to align business priorities, anticipate market needs, and enable effective execution of global brand initiatives.
Lead Global-to-Local Market Enablement & Go-to-Market Planning
  • Lead the strategic adaptation of global marketing programs for local market activation, ensuring plans elevate brand awareness and support regional commercial objectives.
  • Orchestrate international product launch readiness by aligning sales materials, training tools, brand assets, and supporting documentation developed by global teams with regional market needs.
  • Establish clear market enablement processes to ensure regional teams receive timely, accurate, and locally relevant inputs, including presentations, pricing updates, launch materials, and marketing content.
  • Influence portfolio and pricing alignment by evaluating SKU performance, maintaining market tools, and elevating regional assortment opportunities to global stakeholders.
Champion Brand Consistency & Global Alignment
  • Champion international marketing execution that reinforces global brand standards, including positioning, visual identity, messaging, and overall brand experience.
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional teams on brand priorities, product focus areas, and asset usage to drive consistency, elevate market execution, and strengthen global brand presentation.
  • Create visibility across markets by sharing best practices, performance insights, and key learnings that strengthen future adaptations and support continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic voice of international markets, providing insights and recommendations that help inform global innovation, portfolio, and product strategy decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in international marketing, brand management, or business development, preferably within a consumer brand environment.
  • Strong strategic marketing capability, with the ability to synthesize market insights, assess business opportunities, and translate global priorities into actionable regional growth plans.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and lead through cross-functional and regional stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and build relationships across global markets.
  • Demonstrated success working in international environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and regions.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the confidence to identify opportunities, recommend strategic actions, and help drive business performance across markets.
Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk in front of a computer. It involves finger and wrist dexterity with repetitive motion.

Working Conditions

This position requires international travel 3-4 times a year. The individual must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary travel documents.

The expected base salary for this position is estimated. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, budget, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in our competitive bonus program with the possibility of overachievement based on performance and company results, as well as participation in the company's profit-sharing program.
