Job description

Join our team as an International Event Coordinator at Case Management Consulting!

*This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance or a TS (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)

Position is currently funded through July 2026, with a confirmed extension of up to six months anticipated.

We are looking for an experienced engagement specialist to support the IA team in planning, coordinating, and executing NGA international partner arrangements and other IC outreach activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling logistics and administrative functions to support partner arrangements such as visits, trips, and outreach (e.g., badging, parking, name tents, scheduling briefings, photographers, etc.).
  • Coordinating with Protocol, SI, OCC, and all IA elements on all Top 6 hosted visits or trips.
  • Assisting IA desk officers in developing agendas, event planning, executing official courtesies (e.g., refreshments or hosted meals), and providing gift recommendations for all international partner engagements.
  • Maintaining a master list of all scheduled partner engagements to assist in calendar de-confliction.
  • Participating in the NGA Leadership Engagement Board (NLEB) to support planning for leadership participation in foreign partner visits.

Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance or a TS (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
  • 7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, or 15 years of experience without a bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing communication and event planning-related functions for senior leadership, foreign dignitaries, diplomats, foreign military personnel, and legislative and government officials.
  • Demonstrated experience providing on-site logistical support for events, including site preparation.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying principles, methods, practices, and techniques for executing the protocol program.
  • Event Management or Protocol certification.
