Estate Manager/Personal Assistant- Houston Area A high-net worth family office is seeking an Estate Manager/Personal Assistant to join their team. Candidates must have previous/current experience working for a high-net worth family or a high end luxury hopsitality company. 70% of this position is personal assistant duties and 30% of this position is estate management duties. Candidates must have strong professional ettiquette and organizational skills. Candidates must be willing to travel to domestic and international locations. This position offers full benefits and bonus potential.
Duties include:
  • Direct operations and oversight for multiple private residences
  • Manage household staff, external vendors, and service contractors to support efficient operations and quality service delivery
  • Negotiate vendor agreements, administer household budgets, and review invoices for accuracy and cost control
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical home systems
  • Oversee construction, remodeling, and renovation projects from planning through completion
  • Maintain household manuals, operational systems, inventories, and detailed documentation
  • Provide high-level guest services and event support for private gatherings and household functions
  • Assist with travel coordination, trip preparation, and personal errands
  • Support pet care routines and accommodate special household requests as needed
  • Assist with care coordination and household coverage during periods of increased need
