We are seeking a highly driven and accountable Field Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations within the Operations Department and oversee field production across our Michigan territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations across residential roofing, siding, and window projects within the Michigan territory.
  • Manage installation crews to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and job timelines are met.
  • Directly manage and develop internal team members, including a Scheduling Coordinator, Field Technicians, and Quality Control Manager.
  • Conduct job site inspections to maintain quality control and enforce company standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production issues, delays, and customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, other business operations) to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job records in CRM (photos, notes,progress updates, job status)
  • Ensure all crews follow safety guidelines and companyprotocols at all times.
  • Train, coach, and hold both in and internal team members accountable to performance expectations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong background in residential roofing, siding, and/or window installation and productionmanagement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job sites, crews, and timelines simultaneously across a defined territory.
  • Experience leading and developing team members.
  • High level of accountability with a strong sense of ownership over production outcomes.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions in the field on the fly.
  • Experience with CRM systems and job documentation (photos, notes, updates).
  • Valid drivers license with a cleanrecord.


Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent ladder climbing and working at heights
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
