Our team is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications that connect leaders and their teams to the Premium Product strategy and their teams to their Enterprise partners. By joining our team, you'll be expected to push the envelope in driving the narrative around Premium Products & Travel and Loyalty, Marketing & Spend Experiences.We're looking for an experienced, innovative communicator, who can bring fresh ideas to the table for how to connect leaders in new ways and create meaningful communications that promote associate engagement and drive value for the business. You will be responsible for evaluating opportunities, driving communications strategies from start to finish, and preparing content for both internal and external audiences. You should be knowledgeable in providing communications counsel that is backed by channel metrics and associate feedback, comfortable and well-versed in speaking to leadership teams, and willing to partner with HR, chiefs of staff, Public Relations and other stakeholders to most effectively drive communications. Additionally, you'll support large scale projects, events, and internal campaigns.
