The Manager, Internal Communications will play a key role in delivering clear, timely, and engaging internal communications that help employees stay informed and connected. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who can translate complex information into accessible messages, support leaders during moments of change, and help execute communications across channels with consistency and care.

A Day in the Life of a Manager, Internal Communications:

  • Channel Execution: Support delivery across internal channels including web, email, intranet, and collaboration platforms by developing content, applying channel best practices, and ensuring messages are timely, clear, and appropriate.
  • Planning & Coordination: Contribute to the internal communications calendar by partnering with teams such as IT, HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications to coordinate messaging, flag conflicts, and support well sequenced communications.

  • Change Communications Support: Help translate organizational changes, operational updates, and leadership decisions into clear employee communications, supporting broader change management efforts led by senior communicators.

  • Intranet Content & Governance: Support intranet content management by helping maintain standards, improving content organization, and assisting with audits, updates, and content cleanup to keep information current and useful.

  • Digital Tools & Platforms: Use Microsoft 365 tools effectively to create, manage, and distribute communications, and support experimentation with new tools or workflows that improve efficiency and reach.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

  • 4-7 years of experience in internal, corporate, or employee communications.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or cross functional teams with internal communications.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and tailor messages for different audiences.

  • Experience contributing to change communications, operational updates, or enterprise initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and basic performance metrics.

  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong collaboration skills.

The base salary range for this position is $86,200.00 to $129,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
