Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire en design graphique pour se joindre a notre studio de creation interne et contribuer au developpement de materiel marketing de grande qualite pour un portefeuille de marques nationales de detail et de marques privees.

Ce poste est ideal pour un etudiant ou une etudiante possedant de solides bases en design et souhaitant acquerir une experience pratique dans un environnement professionnel dynamique. Vous contribuerez a des projets numeriques et imprimes, participerez a la production de divers outils marketing et aurez l'occasion de proposer de nouvelles idees creatives et d'explorer de nouvelles technologies, y compris l'intelligence artificielle.

Principales responsabilites

  • Creer et adapter du materiel marketing pour les canaux numeriques, imprimes, en magasin et les medias sociaux

  • Participer a la production de fichiers prets a l'utilisation pour les campagnes marketing, l'emballage et les programmes de vente au detail

  • Veiller au respect des lignes directrices des marques et des normes d'identite visuelle

  • Collaborer avec le studio de creation et les equipes marketing dans l'execution des campagnes

  • Contribuer au developpement creatif et proposer de nouvelles idees de design

  • Participer a l'organisation des fichiers, a la gestion des bibliotheques de ressources et aux verifications de controle de la qualite

Qualifications requises

  • Etre actuellement inscrit(e) a un programme d'etudes postsecondaires en design graphique ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Presenter un portfolio demontrant de solides competences en mise en page, en typographie et en design graphique

  • Maitriser les applications Adobe Creative Cloud (p. ex. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects et Adobe Express)

  • Posseder une bonne comprehension des principes de base de la production imprimee et numerique

  • Faire preuve d'un grand souci du detail et etre capable de respecter les lignes directrices relatives aux marques

About the Role (Job Summary)

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our in-house creative studio and support the development of high-quality marketing assets across a portfolio of national retail and private label brands.

This role is ideal for a student with strong design fundamentals who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment. You'll contribute to both digital and print work, support production of assets, and have opportunities to bring forward creative ideas and explore new tools, including AI.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Create and adapt marketing assets across digital, print, in-store, and social channels

  • Support production of ready-to-use files for campaigns, packaging, and retail programs

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity standards

  • Collaborate with the creative studio and marketing teams on campaign execution

  • Contribute to creative development and bring forward fresh design ideas

  • Assist with file organization, asset libraries, and quality control checks

  • Explore and support the use of AI tools in design and content creation

  • Support development of materials in line with brand and applicable regulatory guidelines

Requirements (Qualifications)
  • Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design or related post-secondary program

  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and overall design fundamentals

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Express).

  • Understanding of basic print and digital production

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

  • Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively

  • Creative mindset with interest in branding and retail marketing

  • Curiosity for new tools, including AI in design workflow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/French) and awareness of healthcare/pharmacy marketing regulations are an asset
