Job description

The Intern will be placed in an area of the business that aligns with their interests and degree to engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities. The assignments will be of varying complexity, structured to enable the Intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform at a professional level. The program's end goal is to allow career exploration while providing relevant on-the-job experiences and development opportunities the Intern can apply in their future career.

This is a fixed-term position, typically up to four (4) months. The Intern is expected to perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.ย The target pay range for this position isย $25.00 per hour.

What you'll do:

  • Undertake and/or participate in business-focused projects and programs designed to develop professional skills.
  • Interact directly with colleagues to assist and contribute to the team's overall effectiveness.
  • Engage in both formal and ad-hoc on-the-job training to learn both technical and professional skills.
  • Network with fellow Interns for ongoing support and cross-sharing of knowledge.
  • Meet periodically with the Program Manager to keep them informed & provide updates.
  • Present an end-of-program presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other filed related to intern assignment.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
