About Logitech

Logitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it. As a company, we're all about designing experiences that help people create, achieve, and enjoy more. Our People & Culture (P&C) team is at the heart of this, ensuring our workplace is just as innovative, inclusive, and engaging as the products we build.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and eager-to-learn Early Careers Program Intern to join our team. Reporting directly into the Global Commercial Organization's P&C team, you will be a vital support engine helping to drive strategic HR initiatives and improve employee experiences.

Your primary mission: You will play a central, unique role in helping us build our Global Internship Programme for the Global Commercial Organization (GCO)-essentially, you will be an intern helping to design the ultimate intern experience! Guided by our senior P&C team members, you will help coordinate and shape a flagship talent pipeline program, leveraging your project management skills while directly impacting how we welcome the next generation of talent to Logitech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Internship Programme Support (Core Focus):Assist in the coordination and rollout of the global internship program for the Global Commercial Organization.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and P&C team members to help gather intern requirements and learning objectives from commercial business leaders.Support the creation of a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience tailored for our commercial interns.Help schedule and run intern activities, such as networking events, speaker series, and final presentations.
  • Org Partner Team Support & Analytics:Work closely with the Org Partner team to provide hands-on support for strategic and analytical P&C projects (you will focus on higher-level project work rather than day-to-day operational support).Help gather, organize, and analyze HR data, learning how to translate workforce metrics into useful insights.Assist in drafting presentations, reports, and dashboards that support the team's strategic goals within the commercial organization.Gain exposure to higher-level HR strategies by supporting project work related to talent mapping, organizational design, or workforce planning.
  • Employee Experience & Culture:Act as a culture champion by participating in and supporting local well-being, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.Bring fresh eyes to our current processes and share your ideas on how we can make the employee experience even better.
Who You Are
  • Educated & Eager: You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: You have foundational experience through previous internships, university projects, or early-career coordination roles. (Any background in analytical support, project coordination, or university relations is a major plus!)
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You enjoy working with numbers and data, keeping projects on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You are excited to learn from others, ask questions, and work closely with strategic partners across different time zones.
  • Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to help present data clearly.
  • Tech-Curious: You are comfortable using standard office suites (like Google Workspace, especially Sheets/Slides) and are excited to navigate and pull data from HR systems (like Workday).
What We Offer
  • A fantastic learning opportunity to help shape the GCO Internship Programme from an intern's perspective.
  • Hands-on mentorship, strategic project exposure, and support from an experienced, global P&C team.
  • A flexible, hybrid working environment in either our vibrant Cork or London offices.
  • A culture that values authenticity, continuous learning, and fresh perspectives.

Logitech is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play. We help teams collaborate/learn from anywhere, without compromising on productivity or continuity so it should be no surprise that most of our jobs are open to work from home from most locations. Logitech supports a culture that encourages individuals to achieve good physical, financial, emotional, intellectual and social wellbeing so we all can create, achieve and enjoy more and support our families. We can't wait to tell you more about them being that there are too many to list here and they vary based on location.
