ResponsibilitiesThe HRIS Systems Analyst role supports the alignment of HR technology with business needs by partnering closely with the HRIS Director to optimize system functionality and data integrity. This position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, including ADP Managed Services, to ensure effective system support, issue resolution, and delivery of enhancements.
This role contributes to the execution of HRIS-related projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting data imports, troubleshooting system issues, and helping maintain accurate and reliable data across platforms. The HRIS Systems professional plays an important role in enabling efficient processes, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring systems effectively support day-to-day operations and organizational growth.
