2nd shift - Senior Maintenance Technician Job Description
  • General Summary: Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on minimizing down time, increasing productivity and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Essential Job Functions:
  • Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform.
  • Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities.
  • Perform general building Maintenance
  • Perform machine repair, including electrical and robotic equipment
  • Support Kaizen and other related activities
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Industrial Maintenance associate's degree preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications

Experience:
  • 2-5 years' extensive skills in robotics tuning, electrical and PLC troubleshooting,
  • Extensive skills in programming software to optimize process improvements and trouble-shoot,
  • Intermediate to advanced programming of A/B processors preferred.

Personal/Technical Skills:
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility in a changing environment
  • Mandatory overtime flexibility

Language Skills:
  • English, both written and verbal

Computer/Software:
  • Basic Microsoft Office applications

The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds. Team members must be capable to work from aerial platforms.
