Job Description

Interim Healthcare is now hiring RNs with at least 2 years experience in geriatric for the Walterboro area. The qualified candidate will have computer skills to input assessments after visiting seniors in their homes. This is non-hands on as you assist seniors in identifying resources in the community that will help them better manage their own health care needs.  Must be able to do an infusion! 
2 years case management experience 
Reliable transportation 
Knowledge of computers for documentation
