The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Search Acquisition Specialist to help scale and optimize high-intent patient acquisition across Google Search, Bing, YouTube, and related search ecosystems.
This is NOT a junior PPC coordinator role.
This role is ideal for someone who:
deeply understands search intent behavior

You will work closely with the Head of Paid Growth & Acquisition to optimize and scale search-driven patient acquisition across multiple healthcare service lines.
What You’ll OwnSearch Acquisition Execution
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across:
Build, structure, and scale campaigns across multiple healthcare verticals and service lines
Continuously improve account structure, keyword segmentation, bidding strategy, and campaign performance
Search Intent & Traffic Quality
Identify and scale high-intent patient acquisition opportunities
Improve traffic quality and conversion efficiency
Analyze:
Help distinguish profitable traffic from low-quality or low-retention traffic
Optimization & Testing
Execute structured testing across:
keywords
ad copy
bidding strategies
landing pages
audience targeting
device segmentation
funnel flows
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and performance trends
Surface optimization opportunities proactively
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain performance reporting dashboards
Monitor acquisition metrics including:
CAC
conversion rates
refund trends
payback efficiency
approval quality
traffic quality
Translate campaign data into actionable optimization recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required
