About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as we aim to double the size of our team this year. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process, driving candidate engagement, and ensuring we attract top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles. The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), possess a strong sense of ownership, and demonstrate the ability to move with urgency.This role is best suited for someone who will be able to handle the dynamic nature of a high-growth startup, and have creativity around how/where to source strong talent. We operate as a lean team, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and passionate about growing teams remotely. The ideal candidate will be able to balance long-term focus with practical day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities ✔
  • Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.
  • Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across GTM and EPD roles.
  • Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
