We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our internal Information Technology sourcing strategies.


Working with the Knights of Columbus is unlike any other career opportunity youโ€™ll come across. We are a not-for-profit charitable membership organization that helps provide financial security to its members and their families through its insurance programs and investments while also engaging in charitable works.


The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Information Technology (IT) positions across the organization. As a member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, this role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. The recruiter serves as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence, recruiting strategy, and a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals, diversity initiatives, and compliance requirements.


This position focuses on direct sourcing and corporate recruiting for technology disciplines including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data and analytics, enterprise applications, IT leadership, and emerging technology roles.


QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):


โ€ข Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on Information Technology positions.

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

โ€ข 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting experience within a corporate talent acquisition environment.

โ€ข Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of IT positions.

โ€ข Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

โ€ข Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Not required at hire):


5+ years of technical recruiting experience within a corporate environment.

Experience recruiting for one or more of the following areas:
