Position Summary:

The Intelligence & Operations Analyst will analyze and describe threats facing U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, or other Military installations and support the customer's ongoing mission assurance efforts. The Intelligence & Operations Analyst will utilize intelligence analysis skills and independent thinking to promote and implement the concepts for the analysis and communication of threats. Support the development and on-going reviews of Enhanced Threat Assessments (ETAs) and All-Hazards Threat Assessments (AHTAs). Support, develop, and maintain other threat and hazard processes, products, and services to provide threat and hazard situational awareness to our clients.


Essential Functions:

  • Identifying threats and hazards and providing analytical recommendations on including analysis into Division Products.
  • Develop assessments using available open source and classified information.
  • Collecting and analyzing information from a variety of sources, such as open-source intelligence, classified documents, and human intelligence, to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Develop All Hazard Threat Assessments (AHTA) and Enhanced Threat Assessments (ETAs) for U.S. Navy-owned and U.S. Marine Corps installations, and other DoD customer installations/facilities, as required.
  • Support Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Plans, Policies, and Operations (PP&O) Mission Assurance/Critical Infrastructure Protection (MA/CIP) Branch and the Chief of Naval Operations Mission Assurance (CNO-N4I) on-site assessments of Department of Navy (DON) installations.
  • Conduct research and trend analysis of a wide array of threats.
  • Plan, research, assess and evaluate all-source intelligence and finished analysis to determine relevance to AHTA development and support mission assurance assessments.
  • Prepare and edit deliverables for draft and final reviews.
  • Serve as the Analyst for USMC Phase II On-Site Assessments.

Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • ย Bachelor's degree in Related Job Field or Military Intelligence Training with Operational Experience will be accepted.

Required Certificates & Licenses:

  • Civilian or Military Related Intelligence Certifications

Desired Certificates & Licenses:

  • Level II Antiterrorism Officer
  • FEMA Independent Study Certificates in Various Fields

Other Requirements:

  • Security Clearance: Obtaining a DoD Top Secret Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for clearance level required for the job.
  • Valid Passport: Possession of a current passport with a minimum of eight months remaining until the expiration date.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and capability to travel, CONUS and OCONUS approximately 25% of the time. Telecommunication is authorized for this role.
  • Work Environment Compliance: Commitment to maintaining a drug-free work environment, U.S. Citizenship, and possession of a valid state driver's license
