Jadwell is seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of: Intelligence Operations / Collections Operator


Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for monitoring systems 24x7 for the status of resources and system schedules, tasks, and activities to enable operational decision making.  

  • Ensure operational execution and response to non-nominal conditions that occur, following approved operational procedures.
  • Evaluate, and assess impacts, via coordination with external segments as needed, compile event data and impacts into a central software tool, and flow notification procedures.
  • Assess and evaluate the impact of planned / unplanned outages to the customers, as directed by operational procedures.
  • Track and coordinate outages, including outage identification, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Monitor communications and database status updates from external segments related to planned outages to minimize operational impacts and ensure customer awareness.
  • Develop and document procedural workarounds to achieve full or partial restoration of operational capability in accordance with established and pre-coordinated approved operational procedures.
  • Provide 24x7 mission support to system users via phone, email, outage management tool, and other specialized software.
  • Log problems reported by customers / users, and track to resolution.
  • Log mission related communications with the appropriate team(s).
  • Gather feedback on customer / user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Security Clearance Requirements

This role will require candidates to maintain the TS/SCI (with a full scope polygraph) security clearance.
