Revenue Intelligence & Operations Manager
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Remote USA - In Tandem
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 / year
Description
At In Tandem, we build technology that helps families manage everyday routines and navigate life's biggest transitions. Through our four brands-OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator-we help families stay organized, communicate well, and foster healthy childhoods.
We believe technology should strengthen relationships and make daily coordination less complicated. Everything we create is designed to lighten the mental load, reduce conflict, and support families through big and small moments.
If you want your work to make a real difference in the daily lives of parents and kids, In Tandem is the place where your impact will truly matter.
We're looking for a highly strategic, AI-forward operator to help design and scale the operating system behind our go-to-market organization.
As our Revenue Intelligence & Operations Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of revenue operations, systems strategy, workflow automation, and AI-enabled execution. Your mandate is to reduce operational friction, improve visibility and decision-making, automate manual processes, and help modernize how our GTM organization operates.
We're looking for someone who deeply understands HubSpot and modern revenue operations, but who also recognizes that AI is fundamentally changing how revenue teams work. The right person is systems-minded, operationally rigorous, highly proactive, and constantly looking for ways to improve productivity and execution through automation and intelligent workflows.
What you'll accomplish:
Build & Own a Modern Revenue Operating System
  • Serve as the strategic owner of HubSpot CRM and related GTM systems, designing scalable workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline reporting that support Sales and Marketing.
  • Eliminate manual processes through automation, tooling, and systems optimization.
  • Improve how leads flow, opportunities are managed, and customer data is used across the organization.
  • Ensure our HubSpot architecture evolves alongside the business to support long-term growth.

Drive AI-Enabled Efficiency & Productivity
  • Identify and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work, partnering closely with GTM Engineering / Data teams.
  • Increase team effectiveness by improving how work is prioritized, executed, and measured across the revenue organization.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI GTM capabilities and bring new sales / GTM tools to the business.

Build Revenue Intelligence & Visibility
  • Build reporting and insights that give leaders actionable visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, conversion trends, and business performance.
  • Improve data quality, governance, and reliability across systems.
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations that help leadership spot trends, risks, and opportunities earlier.

Improve Cross-Functional GTM Execution
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve alignment across the customer lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, documentation, and process adoption where needed.

Who you are:
  • You think beyond reporting and CRM administration and understand how systems drive business performance.
  • You naturally look for opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve workflows.
  • You are energized by operational scale, efficiency, and solving complex business problems.
  • You are AI-curious and actively experiment with modern tools, workflows, and technologies.
  • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • You operate with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • You are highly collaborative and enjoy partnering across teams to drive outcomes.

What you bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, including architecture, workflows, automation, lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Experience designing and improving scalable operational processes that drive business efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows, execution, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM, operational, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gong, Clay, Zapier, Make, Apollo, n8n, or similar platforms preferred.
  • HubSpot certifications preferred.
  • Strong project management and process optimization experience preferred.
