All-Source Intelligence Analysts โ€“ Senior Gordon, GA Intel / Full Time On-Site / On-site apply for this job Work Location: Gordon, GA Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level  Department: Administrative and Logistics Support  CGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst โ€“ Senior to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. You will also ensure that intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs, while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas.  CGS brings motivated, highly skilled, and creative people together to solve the governmentโ€™s most dynamic problems with cutting-edge technology. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.  Skills and attributes for success:   - Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.  - Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.  - Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.  - Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the qualifications below.  - May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.  - Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.  - Enforce requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts.  - Ensure quality control of products.  - Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight.  - Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.  - Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting.  - Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.  - Assist in directing requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts, and ensuring quality control of products.  - Work as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.  - Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting.  - Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.  - Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.  Qualifications:  - Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.  - Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.  - Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.  - Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.  - Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.  Our Commitment:  Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
