Intellectual Property Docket Clerks are legal professionals responsible for managing and tracking deadlines, documents, and filings related to intellectual property cases, such as patents and trademarks. They maintain the docket system to ensure all legal requirements and deadlines are met, helping law firms or corporate legal departments stay compliant.
