About the Role

Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative, influential and experienced applicant searching for a high‑impact position that bridges business development, competitive intelligence, technology roadmapping, and customer engagement to drive foundry revenue growth and market positioning. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping Intel foundry's competitive positioning, driving revenue growth, and identifying new market opportunities across a rapidly evolving semiconductor landscape. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the foundry's long‑term business strategy, typically spanning a three‑to‑five‑year horizon. You will conduct in‑depth market sizing, segmentation, and total addressable market analysis to identify high‑growth opportunities. You will also support critical technology node investment decisions, including advanced process nodes and next‑generation packaging technologies. You will work closely with internal teams across research and development, manufacturing, sales, and finance to ensure that marketing strategy is tightly aligned with operational realities and business objectives. This role requires broad knowledge of the semiconductor market, and deep understanding of foundry industry and business fundamentals. Strategic thinking, data driven analytical skills, ability to present and communicate strategies concisely and clearly are all critical requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long‑term foundry business strategy (3-5 year roadmap)
  • Identify emerging market opportunities (AI/ML, HPC, Robotics, Consumer, Mobile, advanced packaging)
  • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and TAM/SAM analysis
  • Develop requirements for technology and enablement solutions for Intel Foundry to successfully expand into selected segments, drive these requirements into roadmaps, and promote solutions in customer engagement
  • Build and regularly update mid to long term Intel Foundry business demand forecast based on account team and segment marketing forecast, and with feedback from planning and operations teams
  • Define foundry value proposition and differentiation vs. competitors
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, with business acumen/experience, MS/PhD and/or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of industry experience including direct experience in Semiconductor corporate strategy development, product planning or product strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy preparation and communication
  • Proven collaboration and teamwork to build and lead multi-cultural and highly competent cross functional teams
  • Semiconductor Foundry experience preferred

Annual Salary Range

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $211,450.00-298,520.00 USD

Work Model for this Role
