Position Type: Full-Time (30+ hours/week) & Part-Time (16-28 hours/week)

Schedule: Current schedule available is Friday through Monday for daytime, evening, and overnight shifts.

Base Pay: $14.55/hour + Shift Differentials (sign on bonus available, see compensation & shifts for more details)

About the Role

Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love turning incoming inquiries into successful sales? We are seeking motivated, driven, and reliable Inbound Call Center Sales Representatives to join our virtual team.

In this role, there is no cold calling. Customers are calling us, and it’s your job to understand their needs, present the right solutions, and close the deal. With competitive base pay, shift incentives, and a tiered, performance-based commission structure, your earning potential is truly in your hands.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls from prospective and existing customers with energy and professionalism.
  • Listen actively to customer needs, handle objections confidently, and recommend high quality products and upsell items.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion rates and quality assurance goals.
  • Accurately enter customer data and order details into our system during the call.

Compensation & Shifts

We offer competitive compensation designed to reward your hard work and flexibility:

  • Base Wage: $14.55 per hour.
  • Shift Differential: Earn an extra $1.00 per hour for any hours worked between 7:30 PM and 3:00 AM local time.
  • Commission: Performance-based incentives. Top performers regularly earn an additional $10-$15+ per hour on top of their base pay!
  • $200 Sign-On Bonus: Earn an extra $200 after successfully completing training! To qualify, you must adequately complete both days of training, work a minimum of 16 hours during the training week (in addition to training), and work all of your scheduled shifts the week following training.

Available Schedules

We are currently hiring for high-demand shifts, which is currently Friday through Monday. Please note: Daytime-only schedules or schedules without weekend shifts are not available currently.

We offer both Part-Time (16–28 hours) and Full-Time (30+ hours) schedules based on your availability within the following windows:

  • Weekends: All shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
    • Must be available to work both weekend days to receive maximum hours.
  • Evenings: Shifts starting after 12:00 PM ET.
  • Overnights: Shifts starting after 8:00 PM ET.

Upcoming Training Schedule

  • Only Available Training
    • Dates: Tuesday, June 23rd & Wednesday, June 24th
    • Time: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET (Both days)
    • Attendance is mandatory for both days of training. While other training dates may become available in the future, none are currently scheduled.

Technical Requirements (Work-From-Home)

Remote employees are required to provide their own computer equipment and meet the following technical specifications prior to day one of training:

⚠️ Network Requirement: You must have reliable high-speed internet connected directly to your router via an Ethernet cable (25 mbps download/10 mbps upload minimum). Wi-Fi connections are strictly prohibited due to security and call-quality standards. Must successfully pass the system check during the skills assessment and a final system diagnostics prior to new hire training.

  • Computer: Desktop or laptop PC meeting modern processing (Intel Core i5+ or equivalent, minimum 4 cores) and memory (8GB RAM minimum) standards (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
  • Monitors: A dual-monitor setup is highly recommended for optimal workflow. Minimum 1440x900 resolution.
  • Headset: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset designed for call center environments.
  • Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free designated workspace.
