Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (Salary + Performance Bonus)

Founded by Guy Denillo with a focus on quality, integrity, and treating customers like neighbors, the company is now proudly led by his son, Nick Denillo. We're seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer care.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 annually (base salary + bonus)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings or weekends for urgent matters)

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop our team of residential service and installation technicians
  • Perform ride-alongs, job site visits, and quality audits to maintain high standards
  • Oversee daily service operations, dispatching, and technician performance
  • Build and strengthen a comprehensive training program for ongoing technician development
  • Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Review work orders, monitor financial goals, and enforce company policies
  • Manage larger residential projects and keep them on schedule and on budget
  • Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and the team
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture through team meetings and leadership

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of HVAC experience with 3-5 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong technical expertise in residential HVAC systems (light commercial experience a plus)
  • Experience with Service Titan dispatching software (preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop technicians
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A genuine passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service
