360 Heating & Cooling LLC

Position Summary

360 Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC / Boiler Installer to join our growing mechanical contracting team. This position is responsible for the installation, replacement, startup, and troubleshooting of residential and light commercial HVAC and boiler systems. Candidates should be self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently or as part of a crew.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a clean and safe jobsite, and represents the company professionally while interacting with customers and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Install and replace steam and hot water boiler systems
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, piping, and ventilation systems
  • Perform demolition and removal of existing equipment
  • Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts
  • Install gas piping, condensate piping, venting, and hydronic piping
  • Perform system startups and operational testing
  • Troubleshoot installation-related issues
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes and company standards
  • Maintain clean and organized jobsites and company vehicles
  • Complete required job paperwork, photographs, and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and office staff
  • Assist apprentices and helpers when needed

Qualifications

  • Experience installing HVAC and/or boiler systems 
  • Knowledge of steam and hydronic heating systems 
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Certifications

  • EPA Certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  • NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Boiler or hydronic experience strongly preferred
