Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-split systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes

  • Support installation projects when needed

  • Educate homeowners on system performance, repair options, and maintenance best practices

  • Maintain accurate digital service documentation and job notes

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs

  • Uphold OSHA safety standards and company protocols on every job site

  • Represent SmartHouse Heating & Cooling professionally in all customer interactions

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation and service experience with a licensed HVAC contractor.

  • EPA Certification (Required)
