Position Overview

Integrity Heating & Air is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team, that activly holds a Wilmington, DE HVAC License.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up dependable every day, communicates well with others, and wants to grow with a company long term.

What you'll do

Install residential HVAC systems including Mini Splits, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, heat pumps, light ductwork, and related equipment

  • Follow installation standards and company procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Work closely with team members and management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues when needed
  • Ensure all installations are completed safely and correctly
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles properly
  • Represent Integrity Heating & Air professionally at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
