Agility 60 isย seeking a skilled Mortgage Systems Integration Engineer with experience in MSP (Black Knight) and ICE Mortgage Technology (DNA), along with strong programming and integration expertise for a client in Carmel, IN.ย This role combines hands-on technical development with vendor relationship management and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the mortgage servicing industry, experience working with third-party mortgage technology providers, and the ability to drive both technical solutions and strategic partnerships.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations with MSP and ICE DNA platforms
  • Build and support APIs, middleware, and data pipelines for servicing operations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions by partnering with servicing and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain custom code, automation tools, and system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration, data, and performance issues
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements
  • Document technical architecture, workflows, and data mappings
  • Participate in testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and collaborate with third-party vendors
  • Manage customer/vendor relationships across business units and accounts
  • Lead and mentor a team ofย relationship managers supporting strategic vendor partnerships
  • Serve as the primary owner for vendor relationship strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in mortgage technology, servicing, or vendor relationship management
  • Strong hands-on experience with MSP (Black Knight) and/or ICE Mortgage Technology (DNA)
  • Solid understanding of mortgage servicing processes (payments, escrow, default, investor reporting)
  • Programming experience in:ย Python,ย Java or C#,ย SQL (advanced querying, data manipulation)
  • Experience with API development (REST/SOAP), integrations, and ETL/data transformation
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships within mortgage technology ecosystems
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members in stakeholder-heavy environments
  • Strong knowledge of housing finance ecosystem and vendors such as ICE, Sagent, Experian, Equifax
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
