RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Portland, OR.
Responsibilities:
* Project Manager will lead ECM migration and modernization projects from planning through implementation
* Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications
* Coordinate migrations involving document management, content repositories, workflow platforms, and related technologies
* Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, project scope, and delivery milestones
* As a Project Manager, you will oversee data and content migration activities, validation efforts, and system integration work
* Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive-level communications
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and access control requirements
* Manage vendors, third-party partners, and cross-functional project teams
* Support testing, deployment, change management, and post-implementation activities
* Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology or content management initiatives
* Experience managing large-scale migration, integration, or modernization projects
* Experience coordinating technical and business resources across multiple workstreams
* Knowledge of enterprise content management, document management, records management, or workflow solutions
* Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects successfully
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
