Their duties include planning integration strategies, coordinating with various teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all components communicate effectively. Integration Leads play a key role in project management, technical implementation, and ensuring that integration projects are completed on time and meet business requirements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an integration lead, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Integration Lead, you need strong expertise in systems integration, project management, and a background in computer science or related fields. Familiarity with integration platforms (such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps), APIs, and middleware, along with certifications like PMP or ITIL, is highly valued. Job description

Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a  Integration Lead to join the Talent Acquisition & Belonging  organization. This role will report directly to the Chief Belonging Officer & Global Head of Talent Acquisition and serve as a critical integrator across FY27 priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes across the Talent Acquisition & Belonging (TAAB) function.

This individual will act as the central point of integration for TAAB , connecting strategy to execution, and will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition liaison for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activity.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity, and translates strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Operating Rhythm

  • Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to shape and operationalize TAAB strategy
  • Co-create and manage the annual operating plan, ensuring progress against key priorities and commitments
  • Own and maintain the TAAB operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, planning cadences, and strategic checkpoints
  • Ensure the management team is aligned, prepared, and focused on highest-impact work

Integration Across TAAB

  • Act as the central integrator across all FY27 priorities, ensuring alignment across regions, teams, and initiatives
  • Drive clarity on priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs, reducing duplication and fragmentation
  • Connect workstreams to ensure enterprise thinking vs. siloed execution

M&A Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition within the M&A team
  • Partner cross-functionally to support due diligence, workforce integration, and talent strategies tied to acquisitions
  • Ensure a seamless TA integration experience across acquired entities

Data, Insights & Problem Solving

  • Apply a data-driven approach to identify risks, trends, and opportunities across TAAB
  • Develop clear insights and recommendations to address critical challenges
  • Partner on scorecards, metrics, and functional reviews to drive accountability and outcomes

Leadership Enablement & Communications

  • Lead preparation for weekly leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic deep dives
  • Develop high-quality executive materials for internal and external presentations (e.g., staff meetings, board updates, speaking engagements)
  • Establish and drive communication strategies that ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement across TAAB

Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and resolve issues impacting the execution of strategic priorities
  • Develop mitigation plans to address risks and gaps
  • Support employee engagement and action planning efforts across the organization
  • Stay connected to external trends and best practices, bringing forward insights that shape the future of TAAB
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field; heavily focused on Talent Acquisition
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition M & A
  • Proven experience in program or project management, driving complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect TA strategy to business outcomes
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and influence across all levels, including senior executives and C-suite
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, not just activity
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on prioritization, execution, and follow-through
  • Highly customer-focused, with a mindset of enabling others to succeed

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 170,000 - 230,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
