We are seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade container platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in container orchestration, automation, security, monitoring, and DevOps practices, with proven experience in managing complex multi-cluster OpenShift environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain cluster security using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS).
  • Manage multi-cluster environments with Red Hat ACM (Advanced Cluster Management).
  • Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using GitLab/GitHub integrations.
  • Monitor platform health using Splunk and logging with Loki Stack.
  • Implement backup and restore strategies with Red Hat OADP and Velero.
  • Manage container storage with Ceph and Red Hat ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation).
  • Maintain and secure container registries using Quay.
  • Deploy and manage applications with ArgoCD (GitOps methodology).
  • Provide operational support and manage incidents/requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
