Join our expanding outpatient practice as a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in telehealth. In this vital role, you will empower clients to discover paths to healing and develop a sense of control over their lives by effectively utilizing mindfulness techniques and actionable strategies. Through your expertise, you will facilitate therapeutic relationships that promote mental wellness.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to perform your duties from anywhere in Pennsylvania. You will be part of a collaborative telehealth team, sharing insights and strategies while providing critical behavioral health services.   • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver behavioral health services via telehealth or in-person sessions, ensuring high-quality care that addresses individual and group therapy needs.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Provide culturally sensitive services, skillfully recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of each client.
  • Foster strong, respectful relationships with fellow professionals and support staff to create a cohesive care experience for clients.
  • Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, ensuring a comprehensive history of client care.
  • Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and effectively connecting clients with appropriate resources.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest advancements in mental health practices, tools, and techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your role involves providing therapeutic support that enhances emotional regulation and coping mechanisms. You will contribute to the healing journey of clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care that meets their specific needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring you have a solid foundation for practice.
  • A current, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania is a must.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, with the ability to assess and treat various mental health conditions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining an up-to-date calendar for managing client appointments efficiently.
  • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive progress notes following client sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, particularly in outpatient therapy, is preferred.
