## Job DescriptionIntegra Connect is seeking an experienced and commercially driven strategic leader as the President of the Population Health business, driving growth through new & expanded payer partnerships and value based contracting. The President must bring a strong sales orientation with a proven ability to originate, negotiate, and close complex risk-based contracts with national and regional health plans. In addition to overseeing operations and clinical outcomes. This individual will be accountable for business development, revenue expansion, and strengthening Integra Connect's market presence in oncology value-based care.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in population health management, payer contracting, and oncology care delivery, with a proven track record of growing & leading a risk-based businesses and building strong partnerships across payers, providers, and health systems. This individual will be a visionary yet hands-on leader, capable of balancing business development & strategic direction with operational excellence. They will thrive in a complex, matrixed environment, demonstrate credibility with clinical and payer partners, and drive measurable improvements in oncology outcomes and cost performance.**Responsibilities:*** Drive business development and growth strategy for oncology population health, focusing on expanding relationships and contractual engagements with national and regional health plans, payers, and risk-bearing entities.* Originate, structure, and close new payer contracts and strategic partnerships that advance Integra Connect's value-based oncology programs and contribute directly to revenue growth.* Represent the organization externally with health plans, provider networks, and industry stakeholders to elevate Integra Connect's brand and influence within the oncology value-based care market.* Establish growth targets and accountability metrics for payer contracting, partnership development, and market penetration; report progress directly to executive leadership.* Partner with enterprise sales, finance, and executive leadership to align with commercial goals, ensuring that business development efforts translate into sustainable, profitable growth.* Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for oncology population health, focused on improving outcomes and reducing costs through value-based care models.* Oversee P&L performance, ensuring operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and delivery of contractual and quality outcomes.* Design and operationalize innovative value-based care programs, including bundled payments, shared savings, and other risk-bearing arrangements.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program alignment with clinical and financial objectives.* Drive initiatives to enhance patient access, care coordination, and adherence to evidence-based clinical pathways.* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements.* Build and sustain high-impact relationships with oncologists, physician groups, health systems, and payer organizations.* Provide strategic guidance to physicians and practice leaders on value-based care principles, risk management, and performance improvement.* Leverage analytics to monitor clinical, operational, and financial performance across contracts and programs.* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven interventions to optimize quality and cost outcomes.* Report actionable insights and performance results to senior leadership, payer partners, and other key stakeholders.* Stay current on evolving healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and oncology care trends.* Identify emerging opportunities in precision medicine, care delivery innovation, and payer-provider collaboration.* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.* Travel up to 25% of the time.## Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in business, Health Administration, Economics, or related field required; Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred.* 10+ years in healthcare leadership, with 5+ years in payor risk bearing contracting, population health, or value-based care roles required.* Proven track record of executive-level business development and sales leadership in risk-based contracting and payer relationship management within oncology or complex specialty care required .* Established relationships and credibility with national and regional health plans, provider networks, and healthcare executives.* Experience working directly with oncology practices, health systems, and payers required.* 5+ years of P&L management experience overseeing multi-million-dollar operations.* Deep understanding of value-based care, population health, and payer-provider contracting required.* Strong commercial and financial acumen and analytical capability to manage complex risk arrangements required.* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills required.* Ability to lead through influence, drive organizational alignment, and deliver measurable results.* Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives across clinical, financial, and operational domains.* Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling programs in dynamic healthcare environments.* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.**Benefits:***Integra Connect, LLC provides a comprehensive benefits plan** Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance beginning the 1st of the month following your date of hire* Paid Time Off* 401k with employer match* Paid Holidays and Floating Holiday*Equal Opportunity Employer***Please note that the deadline for submitting applications is May 30, 2026.
