Prudence Integra Counseling LLC is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor to enhance our remote mental health services. This position operates within a remote work setting, providing flexibility while allowing you to maintain a strong rapport with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to identify mental health needs, concerns, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating varied therapeutic methodologies such as art therapy, clinical counseling, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address complex issues including gender identity, chronic pain, developmental challenges, and crisis situations.
• Regularly monitor patient progress through follow-up evaluations and necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical professionals, social workers, and other counselors to provide holistic care to clients.
• Remain informed about emerging research and best practices in mental health counseling, applying new knowledge to improve clinical skills and patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and organizational standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with direct client interaction.
• Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and familiarity with crisis intervention strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• A commitment to uphold professional ethics and engage in continuous professional development through training and education.

• Experience in group therapy settings and demonstrated ability to lead group sessions on various topics.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
