Job description

As a Product Delivery Lead/Manager supporting the Card Platform Products the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.  

As a Product Delivery Lead/Manager in Chase Card Services, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 

Job Responsibilities   

  • Own end-to-end product delivery execution from intake through release, operational readiness, stabilization, and performance reporting; identify and escalate opportunities to improve throughput, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage delivery plans and execution rigor by tracking milestones, risks, blockers, constraints, and dependencies; ensuring adequate resourcing; and maintaining clear stakeholder communication to protect committed outcomes.
  • Lead delivery of enhancements and implementations in close partnership with Technology Program Managers, including solution approach alignment, sprint/release planning, build oversight, testing strategy, UAT coordination, cutover planning, ensuring readiness across technology, operations, and support.
  • Drive change delivery and firm governance by coordinating change activities with functional partners and ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements (including evidence capture and audit readiness as applicable).
  • Partner with Area Product Owners (APOs) on roadmap and capacity planning by maintaining multi-quarter delivery views 
  • Translate strategy into executable scope and outcomes by converting strategic objectives (e.g., granularity, cycle time, automation, accuracy) into prioritized epics/features, delivery increments, and measurable success metrics.
  • Operate and continuously improve intake/discovery by triaging requests, facilitating discovery workshops, framing problem statements, clarifying requirements, and quantifying impact (e.g., accuracy uplift, hours saved, cycle-time reduction) to inform feasibility and prioritization.
  • Strengthen data and control foundations by establishing data quality checks, control points, and reconcile-to-source processes; reducing manual touchpoints through automation and standardized workflows.
  • Own adoption and sustainment by developing rollout plans, communications, and training; defining roles/RACI, runbooks, and operating procedures to ensure sustained usage and supportability.
  • Lead and develop the delivery team by coaching junior team members, setting goals, providing feedback, and building capability across delivery practices, analytics, planning, and tool proficiency.
  • Embed approved AI into product delivery execution by leveraging the firm's approved AI tools to accelerate intake triage, requirements synthesis, release notes, status reporting, and meeting outputs (agendas, minutes, action items), while ensuring all AI-assisted artifacts are validated with accountable stakeholders, comply with risk/controls requirements, and are only published to sources of record after human review.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area 
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities 
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes 
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
  • 8+ years of broad product management and delivery
  • Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives involving planning processes using expert-level product management skillset and utilizing agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization 
  • Executive presence, comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to improve forecasting processes and KPIs (e.g., cycle-time reduction, automation, forecast accuracy).
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication, partnering effectively with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders; experienced in HR/workforce planning (demand/supply, attrition, hiring pipelines, capacity, productivity).
  • People leader experienced in coaching/performance management, with strong product development lifecycle/design/data analytics knowledge

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics 
  • Experience supporting product and technology portfolios in a regulated financial services environment, with awareness of controls for communications, documentation, and access management.
  • Demonstrated success improving operating rhythms, transparency, and execution predictability through lightweight governance.
  • Experience building and running communications cadences and repeatable templates for updates, announcements, and milestone reporting.
  • Proficiency with enterprise collaboration and documentation toolchains, including Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, [Jira and/or other approved backlog tooling], and [PowerPoint/Word or approved equivalents].
  • Responsible use of organization-approved AI tools
