Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist - Client Intake Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone. You'll ensure that every client feels heard, valued, and confident in their decision to work with us. In this key role, you will:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and potential clients over the phone and in person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Manage client intake, including scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and coordinating with other team members.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our firm's services and policies to effectively communicate with clients.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing the team for client meetings, calendaring, filing, scanning, and data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
• Customer-Centric Experience: Experience in a client-facing role (law firm experience a plus!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Data Entry.
• A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Sales experience a plus - Confidence in client communication and lead follow-up.
